Shipping Policy

Our shipping hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm EST (excluding weekends and holidays)

Orders placed after shipping hours will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm EST, as well as orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will begin processing the following Monday. 

Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout before submitting your order.

Your order will then be carefully packaged and shipped out 1-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after placing your order with us. Please allow an additional 2-7 business days for your package to reach you.

IMPORTANT NOTE: There could be potential delays due to a high volume of orders, especially around the holidays, personnel shortage or postal service issues that are outside of our control.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available in the mail carrier’s system.
